We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel overnight. As a Night Auditor at Best Western Plus, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the integrity of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Performing the nightly audit process to balance and close out the day's transactions
• Verifying the accuracy of guest accounts and resolving any discrepancies
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests during the overnight hours
• Monitoring and ensuring the security of the hotel premises
• Preparing and distributing daily reports to management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
